Heritage Distilling company has created this wonderful bourbon that reminds us of a apple pie.  To create this truffle and enhance those notes, we developed an apple cider caramel and place that at the core of this bourbon truffle.  The combination of BSB and apple caramel in this traditional bourbon ball reciepe is a great twist on a classic.  It is finished by dipping in dark chocolate and topped with a white chocolate drizzle
